"Great location and the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and nice. The elevator in the hotel is like amusement ride [scary} and the bathroom in the jr suite was a little small otherwise very nice "

"The pool after was dirty , the jacuzzi was very dirty and missing a lot of water and wasn’t hot . The food from the restaurant for room service was amazing The kids Mac and chesse wasn’t good no cheese mostly oiil and like a bread crumble or dry cheese texture in . No actually chesse the Mac and cheese The room was nice "

"I called after I booked this hotel. I was told I could check in early. When I arrived I could not check in early “there were no rooms available” I planned massages a tiki boat. We had no where to shower after covered in oil from the massage and had to go on the tiki boat like that. I wish you all would clearly state that ITS POSSIBLE a room may be available. Don’t assure the people we would be able to check in early."

"My family enjoyed the stay here over the weekend. We were in town for a basketball tournament and were still able to enjoy the pool which was warm. They also have fire places you can set up at and hang out. Room was very clean and AC stayed blowing cold. I don’t get to enjoy the bar areas but everything looked really nice. I will definitely be booking here again "

"Pool was fantastic! Rooms were very clean and big…. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating…. Want to single out Ahmed at the pool…..was so nice and very helpful! Great guy. But everyone was great as well. My son loved the French toast at the restaurant in the bay tower. Overall a fantastic experience!"
