Great hotel with amazing breakfast and all staff was super friendly. Only item to improve is parking as the hotel relays on public parking and their rules. No flat rate for the stay you get in and out multiple times a day, you pay potentially twice the day rate.

Everything fine - the staff is friendly and fast. Rooms are super comfy, more than enough space, big bathrooms. Only negative was that when I entered the room it was smelling out of the sink and the whole room was smelling. They „repaired“ that directly after my complaining. Breakfast was really nice!

We have stayed at this hotel before. Only real criticism was the lack of hot water. When you stay in a hotel you expect to be able to have a shower which we were unable to do. At check out it seemed that there was problem but no offer of reduction in cost or money off the next stay so was a bit disappointed.

A nice looking hotel with bad service

The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there.

The property was a very posh. It was clean. The interior of the room was a art. Would definitely recommend it. Restaurants in the hotel were also very tasty.

Overall fabulous

A fabulous hotel with plenty of lounging areas We had a university reunion Great atmosphere beautiful walking areas great breakfast and plenty of eateries around ! Will come back for sure

Amazing Hotel!!

Amazing hotel, so clean the rooms where huge, beds where comfy. The spa functions are free which if you stay at the hotel you must try out. The pool overlooking the Rhine on a sunny evening is heaven. My only downside is I wish they would have some lights behind the hotel towards the Rhine (there is seating but it's too dark on an evening to sit there)

Amazing pool, large room

Large spacious room, with everything we needed (fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine), swimming pool is very impressive (great view over the river). A shame they charge €15 per day to park just outside the front of the hotel… you would think that would be free/cheaper. Location: it’s a few km‘s walk into Bonn, but I enjoy walking and it’s a very pretty walk along the river.
