"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. "The location was good, parking was very easy in Q Park with discount. Room was pretty average for a delux room. No drawers, or suitcase stand so every time I needed something the case went on the bed which isn’t great. There was no close up make up mirror in bathroom which was annoying. No fridge which was also a surprise. I checked in online and got confirmation email saying pick keys up at reception or from machine. Machine wouldn’t dispense keys so went to reception. Female member of staff said you’ve not checked in despite me looking at an email saying I’d successfully booked in online! She was having none of it, not much customer service no apology…."
