Fabulous service from start to finish. The hotel has its own personnel at the airport on the main island, and the ferry terminal on Boracay and operate their own boat. Transfers were seemless. The staff are fabulous and wxtremely friendly, clearly proud of their hotel. The hotel is in a great spot on the beachfront. I would highly rerecommend

This property is very nice. The only downside is if you so happen to be assigned a room on the 1st floor. The pool is immediately outside the door and if you’re looking to sleep in late, the kids around the pool are quite noisy starting immediately at 9am.

The Coast Hotel on Boracay Island is a gem in the Pacific Ocean. The staff are super duper friendly, polite, courteous, attentive, warm and friendly. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts all over the world, and the service that I received at the Coast Hotel in Boracay was exceptional. The hotel provides complimentary snacks throughout your stay. Each hotel room has a giant bathroom and a walk in shower. The hotel rooms have smart TV’s that allow you to watch local Filipino programming, and also watch streaming movies and TV networks like Netflix. The hotel Wifi is complimentary. The hotel is very clean, and has laundry service if you need it. The hotel has two pools that are very clean, and there are areas of the pools that accommodate small children. The hotel is right on the gorgeous White Beach in Boracay. The hotel bar and restaurant which is called Cha Cha's have a large menu, and the food is very good, and reasonably priced. The restaurant has nightly live music, and even a live dancing show once a week. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning, and it has a variety of Asian and Western style foods available for breakfast. The hotel is located in Station 2 of Boracay Island, and is near the famous D’Mall where all the shops and restaurants are located. You can walk to D’Mall, or take a 5 minute e-trike cab (also known as tuk-tuks) to the D’Mall for a small fee. The Coast Hotel front desk staff are responsive to all your inquiries.

Once again a lovely holiday (4th time at coast)..From Devan at the airport and port and his team,got us through immigration and on the speed boat to the hotel..Jonny with the suitcases,good check-in,lovely friendly reception staff,Bryan in charge…Great breakfast choice,room always kept clean to a good standard….then on the beach,Ben John an ram as ever very professional….The hotel is looking a touch dated at present,but it’s the little touches by the staff,that makes you want to come back…10/10

I was beyond impressed with the friendly staff, communication and organization of ensuring your arrival and departure was as convenient as much as possible. The room and hotel grounds were very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for others and I would stay here again with my family.

This is the best hotel that we’ve been in terms of location (very close to the beach), delicious foods, smooth transfers from Airport to beachfront/vice versa and very accommodating staffs. Staffs are very friendly and on top of all our needs. They even have a picture token for us before we leave. This is a must book hotel when in Boracay. We’ll definitely comeback to this hotel , the best hotel experience in Boracay!

I am glad that I chose to stay at Coast. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to staying here again for my next trip to the beach. Kudos to all staff and special shoutout to the staff assisting guests by the beach. The service that staff provided my friends and I was outstanding that I feel like I didn’t show my gratitude well enough. Friendliness and few staff going above and beyond. Johnny and can’t recall the other male staff but was thin, tall and wearing pink shorts were outstanding. Highly recommend to family and friends. There were ongoing construction on the main pool and entrance way but other than that nice hotel. Food was good with breakfast style Buffett which included traditional Filipino food and American. The view from the entrance is stunning!

COAST staff treats you like a family and one of their own—-very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and caring. Our experience is by far the best! From the arrival private transfer to the departure. There were also staff at the beach looking out for their guests. From setting up the blanket for us, providing towels and water, and even preparing the towel when we came out of the beach. We expressed our concerns and dealt with it with professionalism and care. The manager, Julie, personally approached us and dealt with it. If it’s your first time in Boracay, you want to feel safe and have fun, COAST is the way to go. We would go back again!

This is a smaller resort but it was kept in very nice condition. The rooms are nice, the spa provided wonderful massages, and the pools were beautiful. The best thing about this facility were the people working there! All were so kind, hospitable, catered to or every desire. They arranged our travel to and from the airport with their own employees and they wouldn’t let us pick up one single suitcase! That is what makes this facility…the people!!!

Pros: Super nice and helpful staff, very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent (but arrive earlier!). Transport to and from airport is included. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Central location at station 2. Nice little exercise space. Free popcorn and ice cream in the afternoon! Excellent restaurant! Cons: There should be a kids pool and an adults only pool. There was some construction going on and if you sat by the pool, you could smell the paint. I had an adjoining room (203) and I could hear the people next door who were luckily, not very loud.

Coast is Wonderful! From the moment you arrive, the staff are amazing, the room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is stylish & quiet. Located right on the beach with all the buzz - it just doesn't get better than this.

Best beachfront.
Best location on Boracay steps away from dmall. Beachfront with delicious restaurant with big patio to people watch and see the sunset. This is 2nd time staying here. First time was 2020 right before the pandemic. Unfortunately since then they don’t have the free ice cream machine that they had before. The only disappointment but more out of their hands in that one. Hopefully comes back soon.

Since 2013 we’ve been going to boracay every year up to 2018. Never have we experience such an out of the chart perfect stay. All staff are friendly and attentive to all your needs. They all have eye to eye contact, anticipates your needs and assist you immediately. Special mention to Franco who is always all smiles and ready to assist you in any way you need it. Every staff greets you with a smile. In short Coast Boracay treats you like a celebrity. We were trying to extend our stay another week, but was discourage with all the hassle and lack of information of rebooking our flight. If there is room for improvement although not really their concern, maybe front desk staff could have helped out and assist in data gathering if it’s feasible to rebook our flights that that could have made us extended our stay for another week. But overall Coast Boracay is the best in terms of full service experience. Thank you for the warm hospitality experience. We will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to all my relatives and friends. Keep it up. Cheers!
