This hotel is within walkable distance to many restaurants and bars but the best part is their great hospitality. My friends and I truly felt welcomed from the time we walked in until we walked out the door. The pool is nice and breakfast is good with great service. I would come back and stay at this place with my next visit to Boracay.

The property is very convenient to everything like shopping, transportation, food and short distance to the beach. Employees were very helpful and approachable most especially Irish who helped us a lot from checked in thru checked out. Thanks Irish!!!

Our overall experience with the staff during our stay is two thumbs up!! I was a bit disappointed though when we were told they couldn’t find us in the check-in list. It wasn’t a nice feeling especially when you had a long and tiring day. Not sure who made the error - Expedia or Ferra - so I didn’t get to feel the welcoming feeling. However, our stay ended up to be a great one only because every worker at Ferra was so polite and helpful. Thanks Ferra!!

The property is in good condition. 5-10 mins walk to the commercial center and white beach @ Station 2. Very good customer service. Very nice and helpful staff from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, rooftop bar, Tye hotel shuttle driver gave us a complimentary short tour around the island and a ride to the Boracay jetty in our checkout day. Highly recommended and will be coming back with family and friends very soon. Thank you Ferra Garden we have a wonderful stay in Boracay Station 2.,

Excellent Hotel in Boracay
I am taking out personal time to let other travelers know how good this hotel is. The staff is amazing, we were greeted warmly every time a staff member would come across. I stayed in a different hotel as well, where I paid more money than this hotel, but this hotel beats it because of its location, the room, and the staff. The room was beautiful and the bed was great. Everything was clean and as mentioned in the website while booking.The breakfast is great too with all breakfast item available. The hotel is probably 5 min walk from the beach itself but that is not too far since on the beach hotel can get little noisy. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay a lot and will book it again in future. Overall a big thumbs up.

Great Hotel
Ferra hotel was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were well designed and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Additionally, the location was more or less central with about a 2 minute walk to the D’Mall area.

The hotel is new modern clean and comfortable. The Garden suite rooms have a very comfy king sized bed and an amazing waterfall shower. The room was very clean. Unfortunately while the garden suite rooms are great they are on the ground floor outside the dining area and can be noisy. Wifi and mobile reception was also poor in the room. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax!

What I loved about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff and management. It was my birthday during my stay and the actually brought me cake and sang happy birthday to me. It was a very special moment which I will never forget. Its not that far from Dmall, literally a 2 minute walk. They area is under construction, no fault of the hotel though. It was a great experience which I highly recommend.

I love their breakfast buffet. they show respect and very polite to every guest. The room and private bath is really good I just dont like the smell of the room. That's all.
