This hotel is okay, although the value for money is poor. Nice sky pool and perfect beachfront location is what you pay for because the food and service are average.

Such a good location, such a beautiful hotel, such a disappointing experience… 1) checking in: my reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child (clearly stated on my voucher), still they insisted that I needed to pay for my child 2) welcome cocktails, are more mocktails and good luck finding out were to redeem the vouchers 3) forced to pay for a CNY “buffet” full of fish and seafood that our son would not eat! 4) ran out of wine at the resort…for multiple days! 5) closed out the pool on the last day to force guest to another “valentine” event dinner Overall Boracay is amazing and the beaches are out of this world. This hotel is one of the very few beachfront properties on the Island however they are trying way too hard to take advantage of guests because of this. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this property!

Honest review
The pools at this hotel are fab and overall very clean. Loved the pool and bar overhanging the white beach . Unfortunately we didn’t use the downstairs pool As it was so noisy with the hotels aircon units buzzing away. So not relaxing at all! We were in the cheapest room catergory. Basic and clean but fine. Some views out of these rooms are awful. Again aircon units are placed so if you open the window…. That’s all you hear. My only other gripe was the repetitive boring beat music played constantly by the pool bar. We asked for it to be changed but told they couldn’t. A bit of variety would be nice! Plus the music at breakfast is like you are heading into a dance club. Not what’s needed first thing in the morning. Perfect location for this hotel and as mentioned beautiful pool overlooking the beach and sunset

I wish to have had given this place a whole five stars except the fact that 1. The dinner wasn’t as hyped up to be. I noticed a few things they had for dinner they used for breakfast the next morning. 2. Upon check out I was told they were missing a “hand and face towel” and would need to be charged for it. I refused to pay as why in the world would I need take such items?! This held me up for a solid 10 min. as the driver was to transport us back to the dock. Never have I been to a hotel that keeps inventory on towels. 3. They had no medicine for allergies, headache, nothing..thankfully the pharmacy is walking distance.

Convenient location with shopping and food places around. Beautiful beach right in front of hotel. Suggest you contact hotel beforehand to arrange transfers. I made the mistake of not contacting them earlier and did not get the response before we arrived hence had to arrange my own transfers. Hotel transfers are more convenient and comfortable as they have their own jetty and ferry.

Sky pool with pool bar on the upper level is the unique thing among the hotels there with beautiful direct view of the beach and sunset. Another thing was our room is in direct access with the swimming pool which is nice when you love swimming and enjoying time with family after or before going to the beach. The location also is just infront of the beach, so its just few steps to enjoy the long fine sands of boracay white beach. I believe it is located in between Station 1 and 2.. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, polite, courteous and treat all guests like a VIP. Dinner seafood buffet is a must and their breakfast buffet is also great. Overall, it is a 5 star hotel and they met the expectations of what a 5 star is.

Fabulous , We absolutely loved it!
Perfect place for a family holiday : staff are very polite and helpful , Clean rooms with very good internet service. Breakfast also provides a very nice variety of dishes from west/east and also Philippines. Crystal Sands is facing the beach with pools overlooking it , we were pretty happy with Crystal team and overall experience, Boracay is very touristic but we chilled and relaxed inside and if not back to Boracay we'll pick Henann as our first pick anywhere else in Philippines for our next holiday :)
