Great Breakfast, but It does not vary; you always get the same breakfast offering. The staff was helpful. The rooms were a bit too small. I will recommend this property to anyone staying for a day or two.

Lots of good points

There are lots of bonus points such as cleanliness, very good air conditioning, comfortable large double bed, blackout curtains and soundproofed room. On the other hand there are no extras such as a kettle or a fridge and everything is designed to make the room easy to clean so it feels a bit plasticky. If you want to use the underground car park, it is at one end of the Carrefour car park next to the hotel. Take a ticket from the machine as you enter and then look for the Ibis signs and park there. Keep the ticket and pay for the parking at the hotel reception. Then when you leave the hotel take the ticket to reception and they will validate it so that it will open the barrier when you leave the car park. I'm writing this here as I couldn't find this information anywhere else and hope it helps someone.

Tout était bien concernant l’hôtel en soi. La seule chose est que nous aurions aimé qu’ils nous donnent davantage d’informations au sujet des travaux qui limitaient l’accès au pont de pierre et le passage du tramway car cela limitait significativement les options de déplacement.

No air con as advertised

Advertised as with air con but the air con wasn’t on in the entire property and it was incredibly warm and uncomfortable and I barely slept the whole time. Tried to speak to staff but no one was interested in listening. Requested a refund and email been ignored.
