"Super friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, delicious food of restaurant and a very clean, beautifully designed private spa with a sauna and jacuzzi and we also had massage there/ The freshly brewed coffee was amazing! The location is perfect — close to Arab Street with plenty of restaurants, and just a short walk from Old Tbilisi. Highly recommended!"

"Good location, but not really "boutique". As this is a four star house: Rooms are rather small with insufficient space to open a suitcase properly or store clothes. Shower are in the bathroom, which is always an inconvenience as the while bath is obviously wet afterwards for a while. WLAN was mediocre at best and the breakfast buffet not worth mentioning. "
