"Absolutely awesome place at all levels starting form the entry - Security, reception service is amazing, very welcoming, accommodating, yet highly professional (big thanks to Niko and others), the breakfast team, the food itself, bar tenders and sommelier, administrators (Dushka), room services and cleaning staff are amazing! Overall the level of standards is very high. We travel a lot both in Europe and in North America and we were very pleasantly surprised by the overall Hotel's amenities, the staff and services. They truly make you feel home. Definitely recommend with no hesitation! And if/when we come back to Tbilisi, we'll stay in Mercure. "

"Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful place to stay, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the unique Tbilisi city on a very green street. We got sick with Covid 19 and the staff did everything possible to accommodate all our needs. They called doctors and delivered medication and food to our doors. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel."
