"Great experience overall. Good location, excellent value for the money and new rooms. Service was very good and we really liked the breakfast. Only small negative was that you could hear noise from the street couple times. Even then the noises didn't disturb us at all.
5/5 stay, will come again to this hotel if we come back to Tbilisi."

"Reasonable room. You reach it by stairs without an elevator. Not exactly a hotel.. There is no breakfast. You can order it specially but only from 8.30 am. The price of the room on expedia is much higher than the price of the exact same room on the Booking website. There was no one to contact on Expedia and it seems that they don't care about customer service either. The location is reasonable and there was air conditioning. The staff were nice overall, but in the end there is no hotel service....

"This was not a bad stay. The hotel has been designed well and it has great potential. The bed was comfy and the upgraded room with a balcony gave great views over the city. However, it’s clear that it is not ready to receive customers as only half of the hotel is actually built. It seems that they put the majority of guests in the rooms that are ready, so that they can operate, but these rooms seem a little tired already and they seem a bit rushed. Things that stood out - the rain shower...
