"Great customer service. Good rooms. Very clean. Pillows need to be upgraded as they are too hard to sleep on,and breakfast needs to be improved for the quality of food and temperature… Otherwise all good including location.

"I was received in the hotel very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a refrigerator and coffee and tea in my room. When I asked for an early breakfast, they arranged it for me, and breakfast was great! . The hotel is near the city center of Tbilisi, but in a real quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend it to every one!"
