"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room smelled like urine, and the carpets were filthy. The bed was rock hard — I woke up with back pain. The bathroom was unusable: the shower was broken, and there was no hot water. Breakfast was a complete disaster! They served stale salad, dried-out cheese, and cold tea. Everything felt careless and unappetizing. The receptionist Murat clearly has no clue about hospitality. When I was checking out, I told another guy at the front desk that room #123...

"Sauebrkeit sehr schlimm, Bettwäshe nicht gewechselt vom Vorgänger, da noch Haare auf der Bettwäsche war. Im Bad genauso lange Frauen Haare im Bad. Nah dem ich mich beschwert habe hat man die Bettwäsche gewechselt, die Bettwäsch war aber zu klein, so das die von der Matratze absprang und wir auf der Matratze direkt geschlafen haben. 3 tage bezahlt, leider nur 1 Tag geblieben da unzumutbar."
