"The hotel was okay for what it was, but I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so I noticed quite a few imperfections during my stay. The breakfast area was clean, which I appreciated. However, near the prep kitchen door, I noticed rotting wood at the bottom of the crown molding, which definitely needs attention. My husband and I stayed in room 318. The bathroom floor needs to be retiled, every time we walked in, it made a crunching sound, almost like the floor wasn’t stable. Also, the air/heat unit door by the bed kept popping open every time the unit turned on, which was frustrating because I had to keep getting up to close it. Another issue was the noise. It doesn’t seem like the rooms are soundproof at all. Around 5 a.m., we were woken up by an alarm going off in the room above us, and it continued for over an hour. With some renovations and attention to these details, this hotel could easily earn a 5-star rating from me. "

"No one at the front desk when we arrived. Only one elevator working. ALL the ice machines on every floor were out of order. Front desk told us to go to the adjacent restaurant to ask. They did not seem too thrilled. I’ve gone here before and it wasn’t that bad. It seemed more rundown than before. It wasn’t beachfront property to begin with but at least some upkeep would be nice. It seemed light and bright in the lobby but once you went to your room it was a sketchy looking hallway. Reno is certainly needed SOON! "

"The internet had decent speeds. The kitchen didn’t come with everything like it use to back in the days. Now the kitchen supplies are a paid feature. So if you plan on cooking your dinner then make sure to bring your own or pay for the use of their items. The location is a little busy to get into during rush hour. The breakfast is just a small variety of granola bars, oatmeal, coffee or hot chocolate. Over all I think the price is okay. The outside of the building is nice and the inside could use some TLC. Also make sure to bring some earplugs if you aren’t on the top floor as you will hear everything going on above you. "

"Tv was stuck at a high volume. The sidewalks were pretty bad, I stumbled a few different times. Our room was in the middle of what seemed to be a family party/reunion which was pretty loud for a while "

"Room was clean. Plenty of parking and located right off I-90 expressway. Would easily stay here again for price point. "

"The building was unclean, the walls of the hallway on the third floor are molding, the trim is coming off of them as well. The carpets are stained and dirty. The room was not clean and the bedding had stains upon arrival. The hotel has a strange smell to it. The staff was not friendly. I will not be returning to this location. "
