Section 8 hotel; an absolute dyve. If you don't mind sharing spaces with drrug deelers, prosteetutes and potheds you'll feel right at home. Worssst hotel chain in America, I should've known better. I had the exact same experience in Fort Lauderdale.

Front desk was impersonal, rude and did not stop to listen to my concerns, room had oil spilled throughout the room, mold is present in multiple areas, countertops are coming undone, no usb/usc ports, bed is stiff. The front desk asked ME to clean up the oil spills

It smells like mildew the hallway smell like mildew my son and I were so upset that we left and as you can see, we checked into Embassy suites to find a better room so I am please asking for a refund for I did not spend like only 10 minutes, maybe 20 in that room and then I left. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. It’s not somewhere you wanna stay

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uncooperative when I raised my concerns. Basic hospitality and cleanliness were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and hygienic stay.
