I like everything except the pool. I went to swim, and I wasn’t able to. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and for swimming. Thanks!!

Our stay started without even being greated by the person who checked us in. We were told no information, given our keys and pointed to the elevator. After that the hotel was nice, the breakfast was good and all other staff were very nice. My only other concern was how startched the sheets were. Anytime someone moved in bed you could hear it, and they weren't the most comfortable.

The room was smartly designed, with drawers/shelves/hooks and other conveniences. AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was good and I was surprised by the Wednesday night happy hour.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Super clean with a friendly staff. My kids loved the pool! The free breakfast was excellent and the little snack shop was well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. The only real negative was the location is a little out of the way from most of the city sights. There’s also no T station nearby, so we ended up taking a car whenever we went somewhere. Luckily the cars weren’t too expensive but I do wish the hotel had a shuttle to the T or to some tourist areas. Overall though, the hotel was great and I’d definitely stay there again.

I called day of check in and they said room’s ready, come when you want. So I did. Room not ready. I did not need to sit in their lobby for 1 hour. Otherwise, a decent, if generic, hotel

The room was excellent. But, the location felt very isolated and industrial but it is convenient to Logan. We spent so much extra money because we had to Uber everywhere from the hotel and had to door dash since there weren't many places to eat nearby. The front desk staff seemed aloof and overwhelmed. They ran out of non-alcoholic drinks, including bottled water (unless you're a club member) and many snacks in the lobby store twice while we were there. The closest location to get a soda and water was a 25 minute walk. And because the breakfast lines were so long and so, so crowded we had to eat somewhere else two of the three days we were there. Unfortunately the staff seemed too busy to make any dining suggestions. Overall, it just wasn't the comfort, friendliness and convenience we've come to expect from a Hampton and although it didn't completely ruin our trip, it was very disappointing.

Very beautiful and very clean hotel. Their free breakfast in the morning was amazing. Staff was also pretty helpful throughout our stay. The biggest con was parking which was $60 a day. That was pretty ridiculous.

I thought the Staff and Property were very helpful and was very clean. Outstanding Breakfast that was included with the room. The staff were continuously cleaning tables and chairs that made an impression for cleanliness. The only draw back was the valet parking only which was another $60 plus tips per day.

Overall a fantastic hotel with beautiful views. Would have preferred a complimentary valet but appreciated the ease of valet parking.

The hotel is fantastic for the price. The property is clean and there are plenty of amenities. My one wish is that the beds were more comfortable. Thats subjective though, not everyone likes a soft bed like I do. All in all, a great end to a busy day in Boston.

Very comfortable hotel near downtown
Pros: The hotel was very clean. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable. Pool was small but clean and plenty of clean towels. Gym was nice with good variety of equipment: e.g. dumbbells from 5 to 75 pounds. Check in was easy. Quiet area but easy access to downtown Boston. Bathroom was clean, and shower was fantastic: great water pressure. Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Cons: no free parking; sixty dollars valet parking only at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was free but the hot offerings were not that good: for example, scrambled eggs seemed to be instant eggs. Overall, one of the most comfortable hotels we’ve stayed at. Would definitely consider staying there again.
