Our stay was fantastic, close to local parks, took only 15 mins to downtown Boston. The room was clean, no odors, great shower pressure, nice patio with a beanbag toss, the breakfast portions were a little small and eveything had to be ordered via an online scan system. The craft beer/wine dispenser system was expensive and not great to use (we got more foam then beer lol). Overall we would stay here again.

Staff was incredible but the decorations were very strange - our entire room was animals staring at us the entire time, very disconcerting and uncomfortable. They offer food but it’s not really fresh - they essentially heat up Tv trays. Got a cup of tea from the coffee setup but the hot water was room temp. When it rained, the roof was leaking by our table. Just some minor things that need improving - spend more time improving quality than vibes

This is a nice place. We enjoyed seeing the crew team on the river in the morning and having easy parking. The location was perfect for all that we did in the Boston area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my teenage son! The neighborhood is very safe and well developing. We were able to walk to Harvard, Trader Joe's, parks, and the waterfront. The hotel was spotless, had a pleasant fragrance, and cool artwork. We slept very soundly throughout the night. The white noise machine in the room and access to the New Balance gym were delightful surprises. Additionally, the free parking and breakfast were nice add ons. I will be coming back.

Stayed here for a night based off of reviews…let’s start with the positive. The place is unique…artsy and the staff were nice and the water pressure was awesome for a shower. HOWEVER. This is a very old hotel painted well. First- the design of the hotel is odd. We were on the 3rd floor south side….so to get to our room we had to either walk though the “art gallery” then outside through the garage to the south side door OR take the lobby elevator to the 2nd floor find the “sky walk” walk it then down a few steps and take the elevator up to the 3rd. We tried the first way and found the door directly from outside to our floor wide open literally anyone off the street could walk in. The area around the hotel seems fine but sketchy because there is limited lighting and your parking under the building in an open garage. The room was dated…dusty. It felt dirty and just old. Items had paint splatter on them. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom door has large gap when closed so limited privacy (barn style door) extremely small. Gym was in basement- small and basic, gets the job done. Would be nice if they had other amenities for the cost. Location is decent but ur not walking around to get to anything other than McDonald’s really. Overall I’d stay again but definitely not for more than a night or weekend

Good price, fairly new and clean rooms. Dislike area. Lots of construction. Not many nearby restaurants. Unreasonable and unnecessary add on fee and security deposit. While room price are reasonable, sound btw rooms isn’t dampened and noise btw rooms can be heard. Not likely to stay there again.

Our room was clean and a sound machine was supplied which blocked out any noise. The bad thing was a very strong orange cleaner scent so we had to open the window. Also the breakfast was wiped out by 9:15 AM so we didn’t have many options to eat. And- yuck- another guest reached in to get bread with his bare hand instead of using the tongs.

The Doorman was asleep in the lobby when I had gone downstairs to try and grab my food delivery (which was supposed to come to the room as I had injured my back). Still didn’t wake up after loud talking and walking around in the lobby.
