Gorgeous. Excellent service and staff. Seems like a problem with a lot of the older high end hotels, but wish they could make their heating/cooling system quieter. Aside from that, perfect.
No tea/coffee in the room. Porters, room staff, check-in desk staff 10/10. Sunday 3/31/24 afternoon concierge - 1/10, same for duty manager. The common lobby lacks baby changing facilities tho kids are all over. Suite was nice but service partly below expectations when was needed most. Will not recommend or return
The staff was very attentive throughout the trip. The location is in the heart of the theatre district which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. Room service was pricey but wonderful.
I like the fact the staff aimed to please. The lobby was comfortable. Felt safe. What i didnot like the view to my room felt like PRISON it was overlooking the roof .housekeeping not paying attention to details such as vacuuming. Hotel itself should pay attention to renovations due to price we paid.

First time staying at this Ritz & it was great . As soon as I checked in they upgraded my room . As soon as I get off the elevator the Guard for the Brooklyn lets started to talk to me . I went to the main Lobby & the whole Toronto Raptors team was at the check in desk. Super cool experiences
Great location, right across from Boston Common park. Walkable to everything. Our check in was botched due to a large group getting priority with late check out and another with check in. When we got into our room it was the wrong room (paid for park view). Eventually everything worked out (thanks Adam!) but it made for a less than luxury experience with the mishandling of our check in and room shuffling. Expected more to be honest.
Staff is amazing. They all greet you as you walk up to the property. Hotel is super clean over all an amazing experience.

The service here is amazing. The property itself could use a little refresh but for the price we paid on Orbitz it was fantastic. Great location and safe. Would definitely return.
This is a decent hotel. They have hospitable housekeeping who look out for your needs & do a great job. The area is ok. Not the best part/cleanest part of town but it is centralized if you're walking to different tourist attractions. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a few restaurants in the area.
We had just stayed at the Ritz Carlton Montreal, and our experience differed. I expected the same level of service from Boston, and it just was nowhere near Montreal's exceptional service. Paying for WiFi at this level of a hotel is unheard of.
Great location across from Boston Common. Very walkable to all historic sites or small Uber/taxi fare. Great coffee shops nearby too. Only downside is not really family oriented— athletic club/pool for adults only..

I had the most wonderful stay. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Boston. Five Stars from me!
I was stuck at the airport and could not use the hotel due to multiple flight cancellations I contacted and tried to cancel within an hour but Expedia wouldn’t let me.
They said call the ritz so I called them. The ritz said call Expedia so we went back and forth - they stole my 601$ and won’t refund the amount
Knowing I didn’t stay there. Do not use Expedia or thr ritz- they are terrible.

Nice room, great location, maids were excellent! Lobby staff and concierge mediocre. No amenities, no pool, nothing in the room really not even a way to make a cup of coffee in the room, I thought that was basic these days.
