Top Botanical Garden Hotel Reviews

Tivoli Hotel

Tivoli Hotel

8/10 Good
"We stayed for 4 nights at the Tivoli hotel. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the pool, however it did get a little crowded at certain times, nevertheless we still managed to get a good swim. We opted for the breakfast buffet which was just as well as there are no cafes or bakeries in close vicinity. The buffet had varied choices, however, after eating the same breakfast choices for 4 mornings it got a bit dull. They offered exactly the same fruits for the four days we were there. The rooms were adequate in size and comfortable. The hotel is located a little distance from the center of the city. You had to walk a bit or take a bus or metro to where the action is. There is the Copenhagen mall which is a short walk away and you can enjoy the food court or restaurants there. There is also a Lidl supermarket there as well. The main complaint would be our first dinner at the Tivoli Brasserie upon our arrival. The food was disappointing, small in size, overly salty and the price was quite high for what was offered. We did not mind paying those prices had the food been enjoyable!"

10/10 Excellent
"The Square hotel is excellent in every way. Jamie at check-in and Joselyn's help with a restaurant were impeccable. The location is ideal. The complimentary drinks and snacks were much appreciated. The room was large, the bathroom well-appointed, the bed was very comfy and the balcony a nice bonus. For Copenhagen, it is VERY well priced. I highly recommend!!!"

Ibsens Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I liked this hotel so much, I stayed twice during my time in Denmark/Sweden. A quick stay this time, with a better room, if you can imagine! The 5th floor room had a great view and was wonderfully airy. I again enjoyed the hotel staff, the comfy bed, the great view, and the happy hour. There is a nice courtyard you can also hang in. I highly recommend this place and would be back again!"

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel and wonderful breakfast downstairs in the restaurant. Top notch! Avoid room 1041 if you can. The elevator for the service team is adjacent and the noise that comes with that sounded like planes taking off as early as 6am sometimes. You also could not open the curtains because the windows looked out on a parking lot where all the trolleys were kept. I would stay here again but would avoid this room."
