"I arrived here with my twin 10 year old children, traveling as a single mom. We stayed for a week. The staff was so kind and accommodating and we were VERY demanding. I needed a lot of support and they never once made me feel like I was a burden. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food first class and the location cannot be beat. "Room is located near a Metro stop between the airport and City Centre, making it very convenient to get to either destination quickly. The neighborhood had everything we needed, and we did walk on the beach!"

"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk).
