"Sorry to say the start to the stay was a nightmare. We arrived near the hotel but could not get to it as there were barriers blocking the road. We pulled up nearby and our wives went in to book and find the parking. This turns out to be underground on an adjacent street. Instructions took us to the next corner and round to the next street. Impossible due to road closures for a market. We spent the next hour trying to find an alternative route to the parking. The whole area was closed off....

"Had a lovely stay with my partner and nearly one year old baby. Prior to arrival we had paid for parking and the "Baby kit". There was delayed communication about where to park, but it was resolved just in time before we reached Evancy. When we checked-in we immediately saw the "Baby kit" wasn't in the room so we had to go down to tell reception - luckily staff was on hand to sort it out quickly. Once we settled in, the stay was great! A note though, the Expedia listing for this property...
