"We were given an upgrade to a suite as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The suite was huge and beautiful, with a balcony giving fabulous views across the city."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."
