"Well maintained with comfortable bed and pillows. Decent breakfast and very nice area to eat. Shower lacks adequate temperature. Plenty of parking. Quiet at night."

"The room was ok but I asked for accessible room with a Walk in shower as I'm handicapped and need easier access. I asked for a seat for the shower/tub combo as that was what I got the guy at the desk wasn't very polite and refused to accommodate us told my wife she would have to talk to the owner, also as I was checking in he a little rude when I asked him what he said because I could not understand him . Parking lot not the best condition."

"Really great find when we went to Ft Leonard Wood for our daughter’s graduation. Clean rooms that seem well taken care of. Staff so kind and helpful. So glad we stayed here. "

"The room was really clean. It even smelled clean. Loved the location. I attended the Young Years Conference at Margaritaville. It only took 12 minutes drive time which was great!"

"Room service was less than minimal, sinks didnt drain, hairdryers didnt work, elevator was slllooooowwww, furniture was falling apart. "

"Definitely needs updated! If you are looking for a place to lay your head after a long lake day, this would be okay. No bugs found for the one night off season stay."

"I was so excited to stay at this hotel, looked so nice in pictures. Description said it had a bar and lounge and an arcade. In fact it had an Xbox but you have to have your work account and controller. And the bar is at a different property approximately 200 yards away. Also our first room had blood stained sheets. We did get upgraded to a suite. I will say the desk employees were the sweetest. But beyond that it was very disappointing. "
