"Great. It was my second time booking Pod Times Square and used the Pod Pals deals! It’s always affordable if you know how to take advantage of dates and deals! Just a 9 minute walk to DD Dumplings in Times Square my favorite restaurant when in NYC! TS ofc is within range and depending on the room you can see the Hudson or Empire State Building (if I’m correct). I was able to always check my bags in, check in early and check out late is needed. "

"Have been staying here since 1979. Always an excellent choice in NYC with regards to location, staff, housekeeping staff and accommodations. You can never go wrong with the Edison. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and very convenient. The customer service was truly impressive — every employee was kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to the bartender (the Dominican gentleman) who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The only uncomfortable moment was seeing his manager speak to him a bit rudely while guests were sitting at the bar. It didn’t take away from our stay, but it was noticeable. As for improvements, I would suggest better lighting in the rooms. There were many lamps, but the lighting overall felt very minimal and dim. Also, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains because workers on an upper floor could see directly into the room. It felt like an “all or nothing” situation between privacy and natural light. Overall, I would rate my stay a 9/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel! "
