"Where to begin? Don’t stay here. The hotel is so busy and the elevators take forever. The card access at the elevators was literally the worst part. Tiny rooms. So crowded we couldn’t even use the breakfast that was included. It was all picked over anyway. No lobby bathrooms. Had to go downstairs through a construction zone. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm. Did I mention the elevators? The key card access was so frustrating on the tablet - regular buttons would be so much more efficient. Took 20 minutes to get to an elevator during busy times. Then once you are on you stop so much (mostly for floors that nobody needs) it’s a mess."

"No WiFi entire stay. Room not made up 1x. When room made up no new washcloths, EVER. Coffee never refreshed. No WiFi entire time with an unreasonable excuse. Not compd for anything."

"Room was clean. Pillows and bedding lumpy. Cost extra to have a little refrigerator brought to the room. The staff was very kind and helpful. "

"If you are going for a short trip and do not need a lot of space, this is great. My daughter and I came in to town for a show and this was easy to get to from the train. Close to the show as well. Will stay here again."
