"The Maritime is top-notch, with CO Bigelow amenities and Marvis toothpaste, the ability to order wine ahead to the room and a $30 late checkout until 2pm. There is a nightclub in the basement, so ask for a high floor. It’s across the street from Chelsea Market and the Highline. The interior design is chic with excellent finishings and materials. There’s a free breakfast. What more could you want?"
"This is my go-to place whenever I visit my daughter in NYC. The hotel is not fancy but you will have everything you need. The location is excellent, right near a subway line that will get you almost anywhere in the city. The front desk staff and other employees are very friendly. There is a lovely garden with a sitting area in the back. But be prepared for your room to be on any floor-it is a walk up! The staff will help you up and down with your luggage if you request it. If you need a nice place to rest your head in NYC this is it!"
"Room and.location were good. Check in was a nightmare due to log line. We had somewhere to be so left bags with bag service instead if checking in which saved a lot of time. Bag service was great. "
"Location location! Everything was so close. The hotel is older but beautifully maintained. We would have liked a mini fridge or microwave, but overall we were comfortable and safe. "
