"Dilapidated property. Ceiling had several black spots, probable mold. Entire property felt in disrepair. Room smelled like it was a smoking room years ago. Woke up startled from a dead sleep at 1AM when someone came in my room, turned on the light, then quickly apologized and left. I have no idea if it was staff or another guest? Bottom line: It was $50 cheaper than the next hotel with airport shuttle, but not worth the savings imo."

"This place was filthy. Our second time staying overnight to catch an early flight. First time I guess we had a newly refurbished room or something. This time we walked into the room and there were baby cockroaches in the shower and the shower drain was clogged by what had to be weeks worth of hair etc. Went down and showed pics and was just like, Hey guys this is obviosly not clean. There was no shock or apology just here is another room. Clearly this happens all the time. Next room was marginally better, still had hair and dust bunnies everywhere. Just gross experience and the lack of care from employees is obvious."

"Kids running outside my room late at night and staff was unaware or didn’t notice. I had to address this issue. Additionally, walls are so thin I could hear me neighbors talking all night long. They were sympathetic and stopped after I comforted them about it"

"The staff is wonderful the rooms are clean the housekeepers do a wonderful job it's pet friendly if you need to go to the mall the bus stop is right there parking is great"

"We didn’t have breakfast, but the bar was great, and offered a pool table and stand up shuffle board that kept the kids occupied. Food was very good as well. "

"The staff was very nice. I was initially on the 4th floor but they changed my room when I asked to change it to the first floor if possible. I really appreciated that. There was no bacon at the buffet and I was there by 8:15am. The biscuit was overdone but the sausage gravy was fine. I'm very cold natured and I could not raise the temperature in the room. It stayed around 70 and that is too cool for me. I don't know if they called maintenance to look at it because I had a funeral to attend. It was still 70 degrees when I got back that evening. All in all it was a good place to stay."

"Property was per friendly, but the building itself was old and not kept up. The rooftop sitting area was not open in early April when we stayed there, nor was it easily accessible. Not worth the price or the high rating."
