Lovely hotel in nice neighborhood very close to tube station with multiple lines. Beautifully appointed room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was new with good shower, heated towel rack. Great stay.

The room is great, neat and spotless. The staff greeted me when I came in. The room itself is much larger than most that you might get in London. Had tea kettle with a wide assortment of coffee and teas. Also, the pub serves fantastic Indian food, with an excellent variety. They also serve tradition British food also. I will definitely be back.

The room was delightful and the front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. The dining room knocked a star off my rating. Breakfast appeared to be operated by people who never had such a meal.

Toaster only works on one side of the slice.
Eggs, avocado, smoked salmon never met before arriving on the plate; no salt or pepper, lemon or a sprig of dill or some other herb. Plain food it is and at a price!

We had a very good experience. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very good, wifi available, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with toiletries that smelled divine. We stayed there for an overnight flight and would have already booked it again for our next trip.
