Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, cleaners were efficient and the room was well set up. We had breakfast and one dinner in the hotel dining room and found the selection and service was professional. "

"Our room especially the bathroom had poor lighting and cramped unlike the one I reserved online. The bell desk on our first day did not offer us the free bottled water (which was Available in our room) when I asked for it- instead told us to go to in line at the restaurant to ask for it. "
