Best Western Brentwood Inn

"I definitely enjoyed our stay at Best Western the staff was so considerate. They all know what customer service is really about! Enjoyed the pool and morning breakfast! Loved they had no pork by products in there waffles nor syrup!! My family and I will absolutely come again when we need a weekend away!"

"Very clean, staff is friendly. Parking is free, not many places have this now-a-days we were happy and very appreciative with it. Breakfast, not what we expected. We do not mind paying for breakfast but only if its a true stove, hot oven ect kind of kitchen. We do not do microwaveable food, not breakfast food BUT some people do and we not mad at all. We know next time we will save our money and spend it on real cooked food. That still didn't change our mind that this hotel was excellent and will be coming back when we are in town."

"In our room where the towels where at the towel rack was very rusty and stuff was comming off the rack and it would go on the toilet. I think they very unsanitary because the towels that people use as a guest that are on that rack can get some sort of infraction or bacteria from that. That’s was something very concerning to me at my stay. I might not stay here again."

"This hotel is abysmal! The bathroom is falling apart. We requested a non-smoking room and it’s at the end by the parking and the people who smoke stand right by our door, so it smelt like a smoking room anyway. The sink would not fully drain, there were strange stains on the ceiling and wall, mold in the corners of the bathtub and shower along with the ceiling in the corner above the bathroom. The whites of the sheets were dingy and very itchy, and felt like there was sand in the sheets. I requested two extra pillows and another comforter, and the staff laughed and said they only had one pillow and they would bring me another comforter more than an hour later the staff member knocks at our door and I could tell the reason why it took so long was because she washed the comforter. While I appreciate the effort in a clean comforter, it was not fully dry and very damp in the middle, therefore deeming it useless to us. There were bugs in the room flying and on the ground. They serve breakfast, but do not allow you to take it to your room. The entire room felt creepy, filthy and unwelcoming. We were to stay two days and left early in the morning after the first night. When we advised the entire staff, they pushed us off and kept saying that they were thankful for the information. But in a way I could tell they were gonna do nothing about it. Also, it seemed as though people were living there, not staying there for a vacation or a quick weekend. Save money don’t stay there!!"
