The corridor smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty water on the floor, the shower did not get hot, and the AC was prehistoric and very noisy. Staff were rude and argumentative when I said I wanted a new room and wanted to be charged to upgrade, but said they were full. The whole experience was awful "
