"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

"We absolutely love staying here! We were a group of six and we had plenty of room to spread out and also a really large living room to hang out together. We will definitely be returning again and this condo will be at the top of our list to check out. If you have a family and you’re wanting to have room to spread out but still be together this is the perfect space for you! We loved the hot tub and the pool. The only thing that was a little sad was it was only open from noon to eight. And we really wish it was open a little bit later. The great thing about the pool was it was heated. And there were three hot tubs and one pool that was very large and clean. There was plenty of shopping and places to eat within a half mile of where this is located. We bought our own groceries and cooked at home, but there is a very cute downtown area that is easy to explore on foot or by free public transportation."

"Great property - great experience. So close to the lifts, plenty of options for food, the 21 grotto was amazing. And the free welcome drinks were a nice touch. The only con is the parking facility. The maneuverability is tight, exiting is extremely difficult and there is no way for 2 cars to pass each other when traversing though to find your spot. Very difficult for larger vehicles. But a fantastic stay otherwise! We will be back."
