"I am quite impressed by how clean this hotel is, from the room to the lobby to the exterior. The building is up to date. Every staff member I encountered was lovely, very helpful and friendly."

"Good place to stay! Staff very nice! Only issue is that it can get a little noisy but that’s expected as it’s by downtown. Stores and restaurants nearby, breakfast buffet was impressive! "

"Excellent from start to finish! Check-in process efficient, room was spotless and VERY comfortable, WIFI worked great, elevators were fast and smooth. Only downside was VALET-ONLY parking ($59). Hotel is a 2-block walk from 16th Street Mall and 20 minute walk to Union Station. We'd definitely use this hotel again. "

"The property is gated and the property itself is wonderful. The area around the property hosts a large population of homeless. "

"The room was very, very nice. We did have a little hiccup with our neighbors. They had their TV on too loud. I called Security and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. We were able to sleep after that. Our stay was great. We love staying at your hotel. Thank you."
