"Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. "The check in is painful as no check in desk. All online with tablets in entrance to hotel. We arrive early and complete the lengthy forms and was then told rom not available. We found someone and said you can’t check in till 3pm so would have to come back and do the whole form again! We did return and got the key but only one. This was not ideal as need to have one key for the electricity. So when you go for breakfast you phone won’t charge etc. when we got into the room there was cleaning items left in the room which was odd. The double bed had two single duvets. The lighting was awful and no large lights so the centre of the room was always dark. Overall it was clean and the bar staff in the evening were amazing. Breakfast was ok but €25 seemed a bit high for what you have. The last day we didn’t have breakfast but wanted a coffee before we checked out. The bar doesn’t serve coffee until 10am. The restaurant wouldn’t serve me a coffee only breakfast for €25! I was told you have a coffee machine in room but you need to have bottled water to use which wasn’t provided. The hotel was OK but left a bit frustrated and don’t think I will be back."

"This is my all time favorite place to stay in Berlin. Close to potsdamerplatz so there is easy access to food, shopping, transportation. I like the food hall in the Playce. Everything in walking distance. Even at rush hour, this area still feels manageable and calm. If you want a more dynamic atmosphere, you should stay elsewhere. The hotel is superb. Always clean and very modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like a clean modern aesthetic and this hotel meets this criteria at a very reasonable price."

URBAN LOFT Berlin

"URBAN LOFT was a lovely place to stay for a week long trip to Berlin. It’s a short walk to the main train station where it is very easy to get anywhere else you’d like to go (get the travel pass, you’ll use it a lot). There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants and other places to eat and drink we found these all reasonably priced and always tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were always super clean and has great water pressure. The bed was very soft which was okay. The place is easy to recommend. However, the only downside is the air conditioning (AC), we stayed during the May heatwave and the room during the day and late evening stayed at 25-30 degrees. When the AC was on it would only go as low as 19 degrees and was not in the slightest cooling the room. When asking the staff they told us the AC is working as hard as it can across the building. The only way to cool the room was leaving the balcony door and blind open to let the cool night air come in."
