The pool amenities exceeded expectations — there were always plenty of lounge chairs available, along with separate sitting areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling crowded. The dining experience was top notch from start to finish. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the afternoon snacks and drinks were such a thoughtful touch that added to the luxury feel of the stay. The location was also perfect for anyone heading out on a Miami cruise. Everything was convenient and stress-free, making this hotel an ideal choice before or after sailing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami."

"Convenient and clean. Room was great, shower was half broken so we were a bit concerned turning water on! Staff was ok. The free breakfast wasn't worth the word free. Disgusting options from rubbery eggs to stale bagels. Even the cereal was stale."
