"Bedroom badly needs updating. Window didn't close properly and was rotten. Reported flickering light in bathroom, was told would be passed on to maintenance but never seen to. At breakfast hot food was adequate but cold buffet was very poor"

I was on the top floor and the smell of fried food permeated all floors and my room all day , every day "
