The staff are always friendly and helpful, making you feel very welcome as of you were at home. I was very fortunate to stay in the Sir Roger Moore Suite, a splendid suite with a bath you just have to relax in! The hotel is my first choice when I stay in Leeds. "

Complimentary snacks as well as the usual tea and coffee much appreciated and great to have bottles of milk rather than tiny plastic pots. "Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations. Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days. Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe. Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. "
