So ok this little hotel is somewhat more expensive and smaller then if I were to book a room in the Albion on the Sea front however I must say that it is definitely worth it. This small private hotel is run by the owner himself a very friendly and outgoing person who never fails to leave a smile on his customers faces. The hotel its self is very cozy with a very European atmosphere and an is sat directly opposite the Royal Pavilion and trust me he makes the best coffee in is very cozy little launge. It's well worth the stay and I will definitely be returning again. As for Brighton itself. If your looking for good food, lazy walks by the sea, stunning sunsets and some peaceful ME-TIME or your looking for a fun weekend away with fantastic cocktails and dinning options or your simply going away for somewhere inspiring to work from home then BRIGHTON is definitely the place to go. I often travel to Brighton for both work reasons and to care for a disabled friend but have always been in love with this open minded, joyful, peaceful, and epic place any way.

One night in Brighton.
The room was comfortable and clean. The lay out of the bathroom facilities was a little different to what we used to, the shower being in the bedroom area but still private. There is tea and coffee making in the room, always a winner in my book and having a fridge is a bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The best thing is the location, just up the road from Brighton Pavilion and the seafront.
The welcome was friendly, the room was reasonably large. Unfortunately they were the only positives for me ((
I know it’s a hostel, but I paid USD 158, so I’ll review it on the price paid for two nights. No sound insulation, so I was woken at 2am by noises outside, a person walking in the bedroom above etc.
Bed uncomfortable and the bed linen was very rough with a worn hole in it.
For me, the prime purpose of a hotel is for sleeping. My first night’s stay was so bad that, even though I’d paid for two nights on a non-refundable basis, I booked a new hotel for the second night !
I was a little sceptical as it said it was a hostel but it was very clean and not full of stag parties etc. Good location. Staff were very pleasant. If travelling by car, go inside and purchase a £15 day parking permit.
Je retrouve toujours avec plaisir l auberge Kipps pour son accueil et son atmosphère.

Nice conveniently located hotel,
I enjoyed my stay there.
The hotel was reasonably priced by Brighton standards, tv picture kept freezing due to an inadequate aerial & the batteries in the tv remote were dead but not a problem as I didn't want to watch tv.

Great staff, great value for money, great location
Staff there were so lovely, and there's a great atmosphere there too. Room was clean and tidy, overall great value for money.
È un tugurio. Da cancellare. La camera era occupata ed in uno stato di sporcizia fuori da comune. Sono scappato ed ho chiesto il rimborso.

Pretty good
Staff friendly and helpful, I can get cold so they provided me with a blow out heater which was very nice Of them. Had everything I needed in my double en Suite. Slept marginally OK. The bed wasn't amazing, one side of it seemed to slope. I'd Recommend a new double Bed in the room. WiFi great, shower fine. Had fridge in room which was Handy too. Close To pier and about ten minutes walk Away from train station. Didn't see what the dorms were like. But my double en suite was fine. Hostel was abit noisy in the day lots of banging about from residents but quiet at sleep time which is most important . If I'm in Brighton again tho I'd consider staying again. Hope you do replace the double bed tho. And thank you to helpful staff especially those there Thurs when I arrived. Thank you. I'd recommend black out curtains tho.

Ok
Area is a bit dodgy, especially at night. You can't stay in the dormitory room between 11am-2pm which is very inconvenient, the first hostel I have ever come across this at. Kitchen can't be used until 2pm.
