Decent location, close to Paddington and felt safe. No tea/coffee in the room, had to get it from a communal space on a separate floor. Shower was unreal! Although bathroom space in general was very cramped.

I was always looking forward to breakfast. Excellent food and variety. It was nice having a ticket machine where we ended up booking a live show Wicked at the Apollo theatre. The location was ideal, very close to Victoria station and numerous restaurants and small grocery stores. Would book there again. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Thank you

First, the staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, every one. A special shout out to doorman Pervez - he sincerely wanted to help and offer guidance from his own knowledge of the area. This is an older hotel so some things come with that territory: our room was pretty dark, with no windows that opened. The king size bed was nice, but the mattress was ready for replacement. The location is great, walkable to many attractions and transportation. The area felt safe to walk around, even at night. Overall, we had a really good stay for our first time in London.
