Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The property was disappointing and felt quite different from what I expected based on the listing. The rooms and common areas are dated, small and surprisingly dark, and the building itself has more of a dormitory feel than a hotel or apartment property. A major frustration was that both the pool and gym were closed or otherwise inaccessible during our stay, which was especially disappointing since these were amenities we expected to be able to use. Noise was also an issue. The building seems to attract a younger crowd and could get quite loud, and there were frequently smokers around the property, which made it less pleasant coming and going. Overall, the property could really use an update. If you’re simply looking for somewhere basic to sleep, it may be adequate, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting a comfortable, modern stay with usable amenities.
