Staff in Australia Day were fantastic. Room clean tidy and a comfortable bed with amenities. Food delicious.
The fact they celebrated Australia Day was a big draw car why we stayed. Unfortunately the only drawback is it’s not pet friendly couldn’t stay there when travelling with the Jack Russell
We enjoyed our stay. On arrival the office lady organised for us to check in early. The cleaning staff were great they made sure everything was in order in our room each day. We will be happy to stay again. Thanks to you all.😁👍
No complaints of any great nature. New carpet would be good and the shower could do with an upgrade but that's not saying it's crap it's not it has plenty of grunt. The room was clean & tidy and the linen was changed daily. food in the bar was excellent with a great atmosphere. The staff with the exception of a couple were very welcoming polite and happy to help, one staff who was a standout is KAI, she bent over backwards to help complete strangers who were in dire need of help securing Maori Marae in brisbane of all places and she almost got us over the line but for the fact it was booked out. You're a star Kai thank you so much. .another staff member was Nicole the manageress she was also very helpful. In general it's a good place to crash, not flash but everything you need is here. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very convenient location and good to have the entertainment facilities close by with the bar/game room. Hotel more suitable for adults travelling along without children. Great location for shopping with Grand Plaza across the road with many eateries close by.
The room was clean, but the smell was a bit off. Maybe it was due to an old house scent, I don't know. Nice-sized room, clean. Cold air conditioning, good lighting. Shower a bit small, but the bathroom is a good size. Clean and presentable. Nice bed. It has an iron and ironing board. There's a fridge, along with a kettle, milk, sugar, and coffee.
Beautiful place to stay. Great service and overall. Thank you for your room.
Cockroaches and spider in the room which I can handle but others might not. Looks a bit rough from the car park but all good once in the room. Bistro food was good too with short walk across busy road to a well stocked mall.

It was really nice but in the bathroom there was mold on the roof and stains on the wall near one of the beds and also there is a bright light that shines throw the curtain beside that the service was amazing and beds are really comfortable
Surprisingly the premises was quite quiet, it was clean, beds are comfy and everything (supermarket, fast food venues) is in walking distance.

It was convenient to where I needed to be for work. Reception was unattended and I had to wait a long time for someone to come.
Otherwise clean and comfortable.
It was quiet and very clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the nature , we felt very at home. Everything was provided such as teabags and kettles. Next time we stay in Queensland we will stay here again.
Older style of accomodation. Clean, comfortable, well priced, with dining available almost all day in the hotel bistro, and plenty of shops and cafes across the road.

Browns Plain review Jan 2024
The Brown Plains Hotel was Clean tidy and value for money
This was a great place to stay, very clean and serviced everyday.
The shower pressure is not that great but the hot tap was needing repair and it was fixed the next day, great service, close to public transport and shops.
Perfect location, literally central to everything. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was serviced everyday. Tavern had yummy meals and cheap drinking during Karaoke night. Parking was tight but thats was literally the only con i can say. Safe to say next time we are in Browns Plains this is where we will be staying.
