Great location with easy access to all that South Bank has to offer! All the staff were friendly and Vicki went above and beyond when we discovered we had left behind a very sentimental toy. Thank you!!

Overall was a great stay, however just prior to checking out when we headed to room to collect our belongings , 3 staff were in our room. Once we alerted them they were in our room they didnt seem to really care, comment was " we just looking at drape options and thought you had checked out " .....really rattled us both ! Reservations staff were apologetic but come on Mantra get it together. Your checkin systems must be crap if you cant tell if we have checked out or not. Wasnt impressed as all our belongings were still in the room .

Avoid avoid avoid - much nicer hotels in Southbank
The hotel is dirty and run down. While the staff are friendly enough, they are not helpful at all. The whole vibe of the hotel is drab, outdated and dreary. No flexibility in anything! I asked to have avocado on sourdough instead of rye and was advised that that was not possible! Seriously? Rooms and particular the bathroom felt grimy and the bed is not comfortable. No water available for late check in, don’t even both requesting an extra towel. I travel weekly for work and have not had a hotel stay this bad in many years.
