Loved the location

Although reception isn't always open, the manager was always available by phone. I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved the proximity to a number of cafes and restaurants. It's also very easy to get the ferry across to the city or Southbank.

Convenient free parking under the apartment block

As soon as my wife and I arrived and met Rachel we knew we had chosen the best place to stay for our budget....she was very friendly and helpful as true as most reports on this review page...anything bad is obviously a fabrication from people with their own probs wanting to blame anyone but themselves or the people they know..lol..... Amazing 10 night stay for us the apartment was so clean and perfect and after a long drive from Sydney the bed was fantastic and was the best cleanest bed I have ever slept on and everything that was included like the washer dryer in one was unbelievable compared to what similar priced hotels offered in and around Brissy... Totally enjoyed our stay Rivercity Gardens are an attractive clean place to stay with many brochures available and will return some time again in the near future.....thank you again Rachel and hope to see you again soon..we would have loved to see you before we left as we were a bit sad to leave.... WE LOVE IT......

Apartment hotel worth a stay

We stayed 5 nights. The hotel is an apartment hotel, rooms are only serviced on request (for a fee). The rooms are a good size and well appointed and is in a great location with great access to the centre of the city. Plenty of shops, food outlets etc within easy walking distance or a short ferry ride. Only down side was the convection microwave died but was immediately replace by a standby unit until it was fixed.

Nice stay

A great place to stay, caught the free ferry into the city which runs every 10 mins. Apartment was great, nice and quiet we were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. Reception was a lovely lady who was very helpful with her local knowledge. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Very handy to city but room allocated for seven days was on the ground the only view was a huge hedge a meter from the door. A hugh wash/dryer machine but no instruction on how to use, only floor cleaning was a hand broom and scoop
