"The bed was comfortable, but it would be nice to have a variety in firmness of the pillows. My room was not cleaned during the 5 days that I stayed there, but there were sufficient towels for the duration. There was a coffee maker and two pouches of coffee, which was not replenished. There was also an electric kettle but I didn’t get a response when I asked if yea could be supplied so I bought my own. There was significant noise from the street on Friday and Saturday night but otherwise it was quiet in my room. Instructions to go with the TV remote would have been nice. At first, I thought the TV wasn’t working because the display said “no signal”. I pressed all kinds of buttons with no result. I asked staff if it could be fixed and when I returned to my room after an outing the TV was on. I later discovered that there was a significant delay between when the TV turned on and the signal became available."
