"Great hotel, clean rooms and room service daily to clean room and freshen towels. The neighborhood around is a real mixed bag. So not super safe for a walk alone but it wouldn’t stop me from staying at this hotel again. "

"This was the best property we stayed in during our 4 day trip. It was clean, spacious, and accommodated our toy poodle very well. They even had dog dishes in the room, and dog treats at the front desk! The only reason a "good" rating in some areas is that the pool was not working/available, and our request to clean our room after our first night's stay was not noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise, perfect stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was huge. We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking mountains and the golf course. The outdoor pool water was comfortably warm. Elements restaurant was a highlight. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious! We loved sitting on the patio for dinner. The service was excellent! My husband is blind and Wade, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help us with unloading and loading our car. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he gave a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and dessert. We highly recommend this resort. "

"This is a fantastic hotel with really nice upgrades room. We had really good sleep both nights. There is a train next to the hotel and they supply ear plugs but we never needed them as the train was like white noise in the background. "

"This place is 11 on our scalemof 1 to 10. To be greeted with a Puppy Patio, staff who are keenly interested on our family, including the pups, and the opportunity of meeting other puppy friendly folks is amazing. The facility is newly renovated and shows care and attention to detail. Absolutely love everything about it. Enough so we will likely break away for getawatly weekends with the pups just because we can and they are awesome!"
