"I enjoyed my stay in this place, I love the foods in the restaurant, food is all great. The room is clean and comfortable only needs to upgrade the comforter it’s a bit old. "

"Unfriendly and unengage reception staff, few minutes after we checked in we realized robes were wet meaning cleaning staff did not replace the robes with a new one when they clean the room. The phone was not working so I came to the receptionist to inform them that the robes were not replaced. I was expecting she will call someone to bring them in our room since it’s the staff fault but receptionist told me to grab it and bring it to the front desk. No apologies, I asked the staff if there is no room service and she told that I have to call the restaurant? She totally don’t understand my question and what room service is and then proceed to look away and pretend to be busy. I then talk to the other staff and at least she seems sorry for what happened. I just wish that with the price customers are paying for this expensive place to have at least a friendly customer service. So disappointing. "

"The hot tub damaged my swimsuit and irritated my skin. It also damaged my diabetic sensor from the imbalance of chemicals. Jerk bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom products were so poor even for hotel standards. The alarm block wasn’t functional and the wake up call I requested never came. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic time on our stay for Easter. The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable beds which is so rare now a days in a hotel. Complementary EV charges on top of it. The staff was super helpful and the amenities were top tier. A market, pool, hot tub, fitness room, laundry. I could go on for days! I cant wait to go back "

"I’ve stayed here a couple times. The bed is very comfy. That is why I have chosen this place but the this time I stayed here I was not impressed. This hotel was in the countryside. The parking lot was only a quarter full, and because I booked through Expedia, they charged me $10 to park my car which is outrageous. The room was very clean, tidy and modern, but the carpet stunk like dirty socks, it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the breakfast was superberb. "

"while the lobby is very nice our room could use some maintenance. the drains for the sink and tub were plugged, the shower curtain had 4 holes in it, there were only 2 towels in the room for 2 adults, the carpet needs to be replaced "
