"Roberta goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable and welcome. The room was beautiful and quiet. Her breakfast included dozens of options for food and she even took orders from a menu, which she then immediately cooks, such as different kinds of crepes. They were wonderful. She is also a very caring person and seems to love what she does for her guests.The location is also just off the main shopping and tourist area. "We can’t speak highly enough about our three-night stay at UNA Palace Catania! We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and felt spoiled from the moment we arrived. The check-in was easy and the staff very welcoming, and the dining at the Etnea Rooftop restaurant was plentiful and delicious (both dinner and breakfasts). Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony view of Etna. Centrally located, we found it easy to navigate our way to local sights and we appreciated the ZTL that kept traffic noise to practically non-existent. We were very impressed and recommend this stay for any couple wanting a lovely stay in Catania."
