"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. "Zen and Mars were super accomodating during my stay and had great recommendations for places to visit while staying in Sedona. This hotel was a great base for both location for hiking and recharging between the long hikes I was venturing. Loved the hot tub and pool! Their breakfast menu was great and had amazing espressos. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Sedona while having the luxury of comfort at an affordable price."
