"The Arabella is in a great location. It is a short drive to eat at any of the top rated restaurants. It is also close to trailheads. The rooms are just dated but the staff is great and the room was very clean."

The Lodge at Cliff Castle Casino

"This hotel was okay/nice. I figured our room, which was way out in the #4 building was because we had our dog (11 lb. maltipoo), but while at the pool, I noticed a woman come out the back patio of her "pool view" room and she had a dog, so I'm not sure if the pet owner guests were relegated to the back side of the building or maybe it just cost more to stay in a 'pool view room'; I booked through "Hotels.com", so I didn't really investigate. The room was clean, beds were okay. Not having a refrigerator would likely be a stay-again deal breaker for us. We managed with an ice chest we had brought, but super inconvenient. I get it is a casino hotel (even though not the actual casino hotel) and they don't want you to get too comfortable in your room, but a refrigerator these days should be standard in a room. Shower was good. No issues with that. Super low-to-the-floor toilet which proved to be semi challenging. We are seniors with somewhat restricted range of motion. The shuttle drivers from the Lodge to the Cliff Casino were super nice and quick to respond. You cannot walk from The Lodge to the Cliff Castle Casino. You either drive yourself, or you call for a shuttle. Overall, fairly good. We went with our 8 year old grandson to see Out of Africa which is very close (12 minutes) from The Lodge. Would I stay there again...probably not. Their positives are they are dog friendly and the rooms were ok/nice. Nice Staff."

"The hotel was ok affordable the room itself was a lot to desire, a number of things wrong - broken tiles in bathroom especially around toilet concern that if some one step to hard they could get injured, toilet paper holder almost falling apart, lamp post very loose, drawers hard to open and one knob fell off, one of the arm chairs one arm broken, tile also in the middle of the bathroom floor was very loose and you can see that there was lots of grout missing, lastly the day before leaving washed clothes when I went down to put them in dryer there was a high smell of vinegar and spill on floor was told work being done but when took clothes out of dryer that all smelled like vinegar, noticed front desk, was told manager would come out and talk to me but minutes later i was told he got called away, my frustration was there was no one that contacted us to solve issues, the last day we checked out I don’t know if a call i got was manager or what didn’t answer because I was on the road but no messages left. Very disappointed that not enough action taken, I do have to say that the person that took care of Breakfast did a great job but we would of liked seeing the breakfast that they had Sunday and Monday serve all week. Disappointed guest . Your truly Gilbert Mendoz"

"Room was nice with kitchenette, but parking was a hassle. There was never any open parking spaces near my building. Had to lug my suitcase, etc., from two buildings away."

"My girlfriend and I had a great stay. We showed up early, they let us store our luggage in room and beverages in the fridge, gave us a keycard to the pool area and then eventually checked us in 2 hours early. Would highly recommend for a simple/quiet stay."

Sedona Springs Resort

"Lovely property with 4 hot tubs! The studio apartment only has 1 cooktop burner (no stove/oven) but it worked fine for us. It's a bit of a walk to some of the amenities, but fine in the warmer months for sure!"
