They offer complimentary bag drop off if you arrive early or have a later flight so you can roam around the city freely "

"Hotel and rooms were great. The pool was closed for maintenance so the family was a little disappointed about that."

"The breakfast buffet was nice, with plenty of options for us vegetarians. The king bed was very comfortable. We slept well. The Internet access was good. A few times my access dropped, but that happened only infrequently. Our only suggestion is to make it a secure system (with a password required) instead of an open system, to improve the security. I wouldn’t want anybody’s information stolen by unknowingly exposing credit card or password information to potential eavesdroppers. It was easy to get cabs and Ubers to and from the hotel. There are also bus routes nearby and El stops within easy walking distance."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows have no neck support. We loved how close it was to Millennium park and how walkable the area was for finding dining options and seeing the sights. It’s only about one city block from the Art Institute and we got to walk by those beautiful lions every day. We did not try the restaurant but did have a drink at the Lockwood bar. The drinks were well balanced but it took forever to get drinks; I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order at the bar with three bartenders. We didn’t see any waiters to help either. "
