"Convenient to the Metro L. Stayed here a few times and encountered broken elevator, broken AC, broken ice machine. Went 2 days with no housekeeping service. Room is fine. "

"My stay at your hotel was horrible. The customer service was horrible no eye contact barely spoke when asked a question was told to wait till morning for the next shift to arrive they will have my answers I drove around for 30+ minutes looking for parking because I was told it was full when it wasn’t they just didn’t want to do they job. Spoke to someone else who then told me to fill out a paper and leave my key. When I also asked about the pool I was just told to go down stairs and see if it’s available because the pool gets rented out. I have never been treated like I don’t exist very unacceptable. I have paid almost 600 and a 3 hour drive to not feel comfortable. I really hope you do another training on your customer service with your workers just horrible."

"Great restaurant and a large bar area to eat or drink. Rooms have comfortable beds with nice linens. Only thing I didn’t like was the wash and lotion amenities. They are in refillable pumps and the pumps liquids looked unpleasant. The lotion came out like a tacky stale glue and the soaps looked murky. I brought my own soap, lotion and shampoo."

"Very noisy occupants. My room was directly facing the elevator. At 10 PM, someone was shouting outside in the corridor asking his wife/partner to open the door. The fire alarms were constantly on without any warning or instructions on what to do. Water flow in my fourth floor room was with very low pressure. Very frustrating while using the sink or bathtub. Shower curtain rod was in a bad shape, ready to break anytime. The only good thing about this place is that it's quite inexpensive and close to where I need to go. If you a single, and if you have specific work around NYU or Navy Yard in Brooklyn, this might be a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. A lot of restaurants closeby, including on Myrtle Street. I do not recommend this place for families. "
